   Broadband Strategies Group Ltd. (BSG), founded in 2024 by Eric Cole, brings over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industries. Mr. Cole has contributed significantly to leading U.S. telecommunications companies and technology startups. For more than a decade, he has specialized in the broadband and cable industry, serving much of his time as a subject matter expert and consultant for Homeowners Associations (HOAs), Condominiums (COAs), Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and National Homebuilders. He has represented over 1,000,000 homes nationwide through one of the largest broadband procurement firms in the country.

Most recently, Mr. Cole spent five years with a top-ten broadband operator that provides industry-leading Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) entertainment and work-from-home solutions to Homeowners' Associations, Condo Associations, and National Homebuilders. He has built extensive relationships across the national broadband provider landscape and is widely regarded as a trusted advisor and industry expert.

At BSG, Eric and his team guide clients through a comprehensive process to assess their communities' entertainment, work-from-home, and telecommunications infrastructure needs. This process includes developing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), managing provider bids and presentations, educating community homeowners, and narrowing down the competitive field using his extensive industry knowledge to help clients make the most well-informed provider selections. His responsibilities also encompass leading contract negotiations, overseeing infrastructure upgrades, and supporting communities throughout their provider agreements.
